Jim Eshleman, MAPP’s Vice President & Business Unit Leader for Atlanta and our Southeast Supply Chain markets has been involved in real estate, design and construction for over 25 years. He is a licensed Architect, certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), a licensed General Contractor and a licensed Real Estate Broker. He serves as a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). His passion is assisting clients with their most challenging projects through the entitlement, design and construction phases of their project. He has personally overseen the design and construction of over 6 million square feet of warehouse and cold storage distribution projects as well as other project types including medical office, class-A office, laboratory and civic developments.
Jim has lived in Atlanta for nearly 20 years where he enjoys spending time with his wife, Helen. His hobbies include cooking, sailing and scuba diving. He is also a member of Peachtree Road United Methodist Church and an active volunteer and member of the Board of Directors for Trinity House Ministries in Atlanta.
Jim received his Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in both Architecture and Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Some of Jim’s notable past clients include: Unilever, Americold, US Cold, Ken’s Foods, Automation Direct, A&D Foods, New Ocean, Beef Products, Nokian Tyres, Blue Origin, Shaw Industries, Primerica, Kuehne + Nagle, Dicks Sporting Goods, Safelite Glass and WakeMed. Some of his most notable projects include are Verizon Wireless Amphitheater at Encore park in Alpharetta, GA and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Building 18 Emerging and Infectious Diseases Laboratory located in Atlanta.
