MAPP completed an upscale commercial office renovation for one of the nation’s leading law firms, Alston & Bird, located in Chase Plaza in Dallas, Texas. This project consists of 1.5 floors completed over the course of 18 weeks. Top-Notch design to include specialty-glazed conferencing center, structurally reinforced assembly area, multi-functional offices throughout, restrooms and a chandeliered monumental stair. There is a detailed scope from unique architectural films, wallcoverings, fabric-wrapped panels, etched and mirrored high-clarity glazing accents, specialized carpentry to include anegre woodwork, marbled countertops, stainless steel and integral fabric assemblies, monolithic acoustical ceilings, flooring complete with carpeting, luxury vinyl tile, and marbled stone, and an extravagant lighting package inclusive of LED grazers and recessed downlighting.
