This project consisted of three phases with associated Sitework. Phase I: Two grand screen theater auditoriums as a ground up addition, consisting of masonry, structural steel, with multi-tiered riser seating, new restrooms, and vending areas. Phase II: New ground up addition gaming area. Phase III: New ground up addition redemption prize store. Sitework: Rework and adding of adjacent sidewalks, parking, and landscaping.
