Danos Corporate Headquarters

The MAPP Gensler Design Build Team worked in synergy from concept design through the completion of construction for the Danos Corporation for their new Corporate Campus located in Gray, Louisiana. The project consisted of a phase one 60,000 square foot two story Class “A” Office Building which was constructed utilizing a combination of structural steel framing and concrete tilt-wall panels. The campus was constructed on an 11 acre site lined with Live Oak Trees which created a grand entrance inclusive of three ponds that were designed to assist with storm water run-off as well as add to the aesthetics of the campus. The phase one project for the Danos Corporation will provide office space for 250 employees and includes conference space and ample banquet space for company functions both inside the buildings and in the courtyard gathering space located to the rear of the facility.
