Fidelity Bank Operations Center

The new Operations Center for Fidelity Bank included the select demolition and build out of an existing training center located in Metairie, Louisiana. The project included an open office floor plan which included select private offices, training rooms, conference rooms and break room area. The project included new accoustical ceiling tiles and grid, architectural woodwork, new solid surface countertops, glass and glazing, carpet tiles, motorized roller shades, modifications to the existing mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems. The new Operations Center will be home to Fidelity’s Commercial Lending Team.
