Lava Cantina

MAPP completed a 28,000 square foot restaurant and live entertainment venue located at Grandscape Development in The Colony, TX. A pad-ready site was delivered to MAPP to construct this two-story structural steel framed building. It comes complete with one indoor stage, one outdoor main stage, and one portable stage for up to three live performances. The restaurant includes a first floor main kitchen, a second floor mini-kitchen, one indoor bar, one roof-top bar and one outdoor bar. The second floor consists of an oudoor seating area constructed of trex deck, fire table, two fire places and a lower balcony. The main stage is connected to the building structure via retractable roof, which covers a courtyard area consisting of pavers, decorative concrete, artficial turf, fire pits and a fire/water feature. The building’s facade is based on a rustic New Orleans style of aged brick, EIFS, balcony & ornamental railings.
