MAPP successfully managed a comprehensive four-phase project that involved various elements, such as the addition of a Bojangles Restaurant, the construction of a new drive-through and parking area, the remodel of the drink station, and the installation of new showers. The Bojangles Restaurant required an interior build-out of an existing space, which included the incorporation of a full kitchen, rerouting of HVAC equipment, the creation of a drive-through lane, and the addition of new parking. MAPP also oversaw the demolition of the existing shower space to facilitate a complete remodel and the installation of new showers. Additionally, the drink station remodel involved the removal of existing counter space and flooring. Notably, all phases of the project were completed without interrupting the store's operations, ensuring it remained fully functional and open for business.
