The project consists of the construction of a two-story, 47,750 SF Type II Protected Research Laboratory Facility that will serve three science departments of the LSU AgCenter: the Department of Animal Science, Department of Food Science and the Department of Veterinary Science. The bulding includes multiple labs, a complete kitchen and a world class food sensory testing facility.
