MAPP, LLC. and Ochsner worked to do a complete build-out of a generation one space in the former Heart Hospital in LaCombe, La. The space includes an open office concept including a large training room, conference rooms, huddle rooms, break room, managers offices and copy rooms. The 4th floor space was originally designed and constructed for patient rooms; therefore, substantial relocation of HVAC and plumbing and electrical for the space was required. The space includes includes a large training room, conference room spaces , huddle rooms, break room area, private offices and additional collaborative work and meeting spaces.
