United Healthcare Group

The United Health Group-Metairie, LA, is a two-and-a-half-floor full gut and renovation hotel located in Lakeway Three above the Marriott directly adjacent to the twenty-four-mile-long Causeway Bridge on Lake Pontchartrain. The project stretched throughout the first half of 2021 and was faced with COVID-19 shutdowns and delays, as well as restraints on the elevator and dumpster usage and multiple plan modifications. The project was marked by cooperation and accountability between MAPP, our subs, the landlord, and our client. With the help of each of these groups, we were able to move the UHG personnel into their space safely and on schedule.
