Weitzman

Complete interior remodel of 5th and 6th floors and half of 2nd floor. Project included cutting out part of the slab on the 6th floor for a monument staircase. This space is to be used as the corporate headquarters for Weitzman and includes open office area, private offices, a breakroom, lounge areas, and several conference rooms, including a large executive conference room split up by wood veneer operable partitions. The design also included a cutting edge VRF (Variant Refrigerant Flow) system for cooling and heating the space. A retrofit for the building elevators is also included in the scope.
