MAPP has been recognized by New Orleans CityBusiness as a Best Place to Work, earning first place in the Small Company category for organizations with 10 to 49 employees in the New Orleans area. This recognition reflects the culture our team continues to build and the standard we hold ourselves to every day.
The Best Places to Work program is administered by Best Companies Group and evaluates participating companies through a two-part process. Roughly a quarter of each company's score comes from an employer questionnaire covering workplace policies, practices, and benefits, while the remaining three-quarters comes from an anonymous survey that measures how employees actually experience their workplace — their satisfaction, engagement, and trust in leadership. To even be considered, companies have to maintain a facility in the New Orleans area, have been in business for at least a year, and employ a minimum of 10 people locally. Sixty companies qualified for this year's program across the Small, Medium, and Large employer categories, and MAPP topped the list in its category.
Being named the top Small Company in New Orleans is a distinction earned directly from the people who work here. It's not a title decided by outside observers looking in — it comes from the honest, anonymous feedback of MAPP's own team about what it's like to work here day to day. That makes it one of the honors we're most proud of.
This recognition builds on a broader year for MAPP, following the company's 2025 Company of the Year honor from the Baton Rouge Business Report. Together, the two awards speak to the same thing: a company built on strong leadership, real partnerships, and a team that shows up for one another, whether that's on a job site in Baton Rouge or in an office in New Orleans.
