Bennett Park Redevelopment

MAPP, LLC was recently entrusted with the redevelopment of Bennett Park, standing as a transformative endeavor set to revitalize existing fields into a state-of-the-art athletic and recreational facility for Forsyth County. Spanning 35 acres, this ambitious initiative entails the demolition of outdated infrastructure, leaving intact only one existing synthetic turf multi-use sports field. The comprehensive renovation encompasses the construction of a contemporary community building, picnic pavilions, football and baseball concessions/restrooms, scorekeeping structures, basketball courts, and new baseball and multi-use sports fields. Additionally, the project includes the establishment of a modern maintenance building, site development infrastructure, and road widening to enhance accessibility at the park entrance.
