MAPP redeveloped 35 acres at Bennett Park, replacing aging infrastructure with a new community building, sports fields, courts, pavilions, and site-wide improvements.

MAPP was entrusted with the redevelopment of Bennett Park, a transformative endeavor that revitalized existing fields into a state-of-the-art athletic and recreational facility for Forsyth County. Spanning 35 acres, the project involved the demolition of outdated infrastructure, preserving only one existing synthetic turf multi-use sports field. The comprehensive renovation included the construction of a contemporary community building, picnic pavilions, football and baseball concessions and restrooms, scorekeeping structures, basketball courts, and new baseball and multi-use sports fields. The project also established a modern maintenance building, site development infrastructure, and road widening to enhance accessibility at the park entrance. The completed redevelopment reflects MAPP's dedication to delivering outstanding construction solutions as it continues to grow its presence across metro Atlanta.
