This shell construction project was originally built to serve as the Corporate Headquarters for Bandera Ventures, located in Dallas, Texas. During construction, Bandera Ventures decided to lease the building to BNY
Mellon’s Wealth Management division. This two-floor, slab-on-grade, wood frame building totals 5,723 square feet of high-end office space with a rustic Texas design. The high-end finishes include reclaimed wood, cedar
slat wall system, Austin Stone wrapping from the exterior to interior, Core Tin Metal, Thermocromex Stucco, specialty lighting, along with a metal roof and core tin awnings.
