The project is a 302,400-square-foot cold storage facility that holds 252,000 square feet of convertible freezer space and has a clear height of 50 feet. The building will consist of two sections: a freezer section and a cold dock storage area. The freezer area is to be constructed out of 6-inch IMP panels, and the cold dock storage area is to be constructed with tilt-up concrete panels. The cold dock storage area will contain two offices on each end and a total of 38 dock doors. The building will have a total of 311 parking spaces and 117 truck stalls.
