Chill Storage One

This project entails the construction of a 302,400 square foot cold storage facility, boasting an impressive 252,000 square feet of convertible freezer space and a generous clear height of 50 feet. The facility will be divided into two distinct sections: a freezer area and a cold dock storage area. The freezer section will be built using 6” insulated metal panels (IMP), while the cold dock storage area will feature sturdy tilt-up concrete panels. Within the cold dock storage area, there will be two offices located at each end, complemented by a total of 39 convenient dock doors. Moreover, the facility will offer ample parking space with a total of 120 parking spots and 97 truck stalls. This project is set to deliver a state-of-the-art cold storage facility that meets industry standards and facilitates efficient operations.
