CyrusOne Data Halls 10 & 11

MAPP’s fourth consecutive project with CyrusOne consists of constructing and fi nishing core space, office space, and two Data Halls with a combined 42,000 square feet of white space with raised access flooring.

The facility was built for 12MW of critical power and 3MW critical load day one. MAPP installed a new CenterPoint Ductbank feeder, five generators, and four air-cooled chillers while driving a fast-track schedule.

The project also involved coordination with Metzger Construction as their shell contract was running congruent with the MAPP build-out.
