CyrusOne Data Halls 10 & 11

MAPP's fourth consecutive project with CyrusOne consisted of constructing and finishing core space, office space, and two Data Halls, delivering white space with raised access flooring throughout. The facility was built to support 12MW of critical power, with 3MW of critical load available from day one to meet CyrusOne's immediate operational needs.

To support this critical power capacity, MAPP installed a new CenterPoint Ductbank feeder, five generators, and four air-cooled chillers, all while driving a fast-track construction schedule to meet the project's aggressive timeline. The project also required close coordination with Metzger Construction, as their shell contract ran congruent with MAPP's build-out, requiring both teams to align schedules and sequencing throughout construction.

Once complete, the Data Center began operating fully, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, reflecting the always-on nature of the mission-critical environment MAPP was building within. This project further deepened MAPP's ongoing partnership with CyrusOne, building on a track record of successful data center delivery across multiple consecutive projects.
