Relocation of existing control room and new chemical laboratory. The building will include new office spaces, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms. The design includes a pre-engineered building with metal panels and rigid rock. Includes limited site work, dirt work, grading, sidewalks, covered canopy and walk ways.
