The new office and manufacturing site facility includes an approximately 18,000 sq. ft. PEMB with 25 ft. drill shaft supported foundations. The warehoues/manufacturing space includes a 10 ton overhead bridge crane to support movement of material throughout the space. The office building which includes a Class “A” interiors design by HOK Architects includes a mixture of private and open area office spaces. The facility includes Men’s and Women’s locker rooms with shower facilities, a dedicated training space for on boarding employees, conference room and huddle room areas. The project includes the installation of a 175Kw propane generator.
