MAPP was awarded the complete renovation of the ExxonMobil Midland Campus Administration Building 2nd Floor, and the extensive expansion of the Administration Building parking lot. The 2nd floor renovations and the addition of approximately 300 parking spaces are designed to support the relocation of roughly 250 employees to the site.
The renovated 2nd floor space includes breakroom areas, private offices, a conference room, huddle rooms, and corridors. A central “Town Center” was also created to provide employee break and engagement areas. The scope of work involved the selective demolition of acoustical ceiling grids and tiles, VCT flooring, and the patching, priming, and painting of all wall surfaces, as well as refinishing existing door frames and doors. MAPP’s team also installed new acoustical ceiling grids and tiles, and replaced breakroom cabinets and solid surface countertops.
The project further included the development of an adjacent site with all associated civil work and site utilities to support the expanded parking lot. The new asphalt lot features LED site lighting to enhance safety and security for ExxonMobil employees.
