EY 39th Floor Tenant Improvement

The project consists of a Tenant Improvement to 75 percent of the 39th floor in One Shell Square/Whitney Heights. It is a two phased project, including work in their M.C.R. Room I.T. Room. The first phase is complete and the EY staff has been transitioned from the old space into the new Phase I space. The Phase I space consists of very high-end finishes by Gensler Architects. The old space/Phase II is now in progress and will consist of similar finishes. MAPP will complete Phase II in early February. MAPP will assist EY to transition their personnel between the two finished phases upon Phase II completion, and coordinate all final work with the owner’s direct AV, Security, Furniture,& I.T. vendors.
