Flagship Credit Acceptance

This project consisted of a renovation of the inside of an existing building for a massive call center. In addition to individual offices, there were multiple large open offices areas for cubicles that were accented by acoustic baffles and specialty lighting along the ceiling and skylights. There were multiple breakrooms, with one opening up to a new outside patio area also done by MAPP. The lounge areas and game room had specialty acoustic wall panels to add flair to the space. The main challenge of this project was the amount of square footage that needed to be complete in about 3 months. Due to the team’s planning and pushing, the client was able to move in on time and did not have to delay their furniture trucks or extend their previous lease.
