The @ Highland Phase 1 Development included the construction of a new three story 51,000 square foot Class A office building designed to accommodate the new Corporate Headquarters for General Informatics, LLC., additional office lease space and a dedicated space for a new restaurant.
The new building is set on a timber pile supported foundation and includes a structural steel framing system, elevated slabs on metal decks and a flat TOP roofing system.
The exterior finishes of the building include a curtainwall glass system, prefabricated insulated metal wall panels and modular brick masonry. The exterior drives, parking areas and side walks consist of brick pavers, concrete accents as well as a concrete bridge located adjacent to the main entrance to the building. The building is surrounded by an elevated azek mahogany composite wood deck system. The main lobby to the building contains a two story 25 foot high live wall which is adjacent to concrete monolithic stair with a glass railing system. The first floor dedicated restaurant space is connected to the exterior of the building by a bi-folding lanii glass wall system that allows for the exterior space to be opened and accessible to the restaurant space.
