The HIH Select Medical Northshore Clinic is comprised of the 1st and 2nd floors of the former Louisiana Heart Hospital in Lacombe, Louisiana. The project consists of select demo and interior build-out of 33,000 square feet converting private patient rooms into outpatient therapy and clinic spaces. The scope includes new architectural woodwork, acoustical ceiling grid and tiles, resilient flooring, HVAC system modification and upgrade and modification to the fire supression system.
