The Hilton Riverside Third Floor Meeting Room Renovation Project contained a (7) seven week schedule duration. The scope for the project included selective demolition of all flooring, ceiling grid ceiling tiles, wall paper, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures and solid surface countertops and MEP. The build back included replacement of VAV boxes, new ceiling grid and acoustical ceiling tile, repair/float and finish of walls inclusive of the installation of wall paper. The public restrooms were renovated with new solid surface countertops, plumbing fixtures and custom light fixtures. Custom stone surfaces were installed in the elevator lobbies and handrails leading to the escalators.
