IMTT relocated its headquarters to the New Orleans Central Business District at 400 Poydras Avenue, where they now occupy the 29th and 30th floors. The project includes selective demolition of both floors, leaving certain Class “A” finishes, including millwork, in place. The design includes 30 private offices in association with DIRTT walls and open workstations. The office also includes small coffee bars, huddle rooms, and multiple conference rooms.
