MAPP built a hardened emergency response campus for Jefferson Parish, featuring independent utility systems, on-site worker housing, and a multi-story parking structure.

MAPP completed a self-sustaining 911 Emergency Operations Center located in Gretna, Louisiana. The EOC was designed to withstand extreme conditions and remain fully functional should a natural disaster occur. The four-story concrete frame building includes its own energy, water, and fuel sources, allowing it to continue operations despite threatening outside conditions. The facility also has its own septic system, as well as a dormitory to house workers during large-scale emergency operations.

MAPP also delivered a 136,000-square-foot parking garage, a cast-in-place concrete structure with exterior precast wall panels, offering 294 parking spaces spread over seven stories. The garage serves as additional parking for the existing Jefferson Parish government building, as well as the new 911 Emergency Operations Center.
