MAPP delivered the industrial warehouse finish-out for John Paul Mitchell Systems as a design-build project, preparing the facility for manufacturing operations. The scope centered on the installation of Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) racking, a high-density storage system that maximizes vertical storage capacity while reducing aisle widths, allowing the warehouse to make the most of its footprint. The project also included the construction of a dedicated H3 room to support facility operations, along with the build-out of Class A office space and a shipping office. These spaces give John Paul Mitchell Systems professional, functional areas for administrative work and logistics coordination, supporting day-to-day management alongside warehouse activity. MAPP carried the project from concept through completion, positioning the facility for an efficient transition into full manufacturing use with a high standard of finish throughout both the warehouse and office areas.
