KTN Baton Rouge Polymers Terminal-Phase I

The Baton Rouge Polymer Terminal Phase I project consists of a total of 486,000 sq. ft. of pre-engineered metal building with Tiltwall Panels with a 45’ ridge height, 40’ eave height. The project includes a 40 acre site inclusive of all site utilities, a rail spur and rail yard, a parts shop, maintenance shop, a 38,000 sq. ft. control room and a 20,000 + ft. administration building. MAPP will be bringing an access road into the site.
