Lakeside Physician's Office Building II

The clinic space is currently utilized by LCMC Health for outpatient diagnosis and treatment. The design-build project included a complete consolidation of the building's HVAC and mechanical systems into a centralized system, along with the replacement of the existing central elevator and the addition of a new elevator on the exterior wall of the building. The existing TPO roof was replaced with a new TPO system, and the building's brick exterior was soft washed and painted with an added weatherproofing coating. Inside, extensive painting and updated finishes enhanced aesthetics and functionality, creating a more efficient and welcoming space for patients and staff alike.
