Lakeside Physician's Office Building II

MAPP partnered with Lillibridge Healthcare to transform a three-story, 28,000-square-foot Medical Office Building originally constructed in the late 1960s. Serving LCMC Health’s outpatient services and Children’s Hospital Program, the facility underwent a comprehensive modernization. Key upgrades included centralizing and replacing the HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems, enhancing plumbing infrastructure, and installing a new exterior elevator alongside expanded central and patient elevators. The exterior received a refreshed look with a soft wash, paint, and weatherproof coating, while a new TPO roof ensured durability. Inside, extensive painting and updated finishes enhanced aesthetics and functionality, creating a more efficient and welcoming space for patients and staff alike.
