MAPP transformed a former Bank of America branch into the LCMC Touro Gentilly Clinic, overseeing a complete renovation that included extensive structural and systems upgrades. The project involved architectural and MEP demolition, including the removal of ceilings, flooring, millwork, air handlers, condensers, and plumbing, as well as concrete slab work to accommodate new sanitary sewer lines. A full reworking of the sprinkler system brought it up to code, and a new domestic water backflow preventer was installed. New walls, ceilings, doors, and hardware were constructed, and millwork and solid surfaces were added in exam rooms and nurse call stations. Special systems like data, fire alarms, and nurse call were integrated, while hazardous material abatement was completed in compliance with DEQ Louisiana regulations. This transformation created a fully functional, modern healthcare facility, enhancing both patient care and operational efficiency.
