MAPP managed a comprehensive four-phase project for Love's Travel Stop that included the addition of a Bojangles Restaurant, construction of a new drive-through and parking area, a remodel of the drink station, and the installation of new showers.
The Bojangles Restaurant required an interior build-out of an existing space, incorporating a full kitchen, rerouted HVAC equipment, a new drive-through lane, and additional parking. MAPP also oversaw demolition of the existing shower space to facilitate a complete remodel and the installation of new showers, while the drink station remodel involved removing the existing counter space and flooring. All phases of the project were completed without interrupting store operations, ensuring it remained fully functional and open for business throughout construction.
