My Children’s Irving

This interior finish-out clinic space has 12 exam rooms, two assessment rooms, a lab, one office, four single restrooms, a staff lounge, and one data/telecom room. Finishes include custom laminate millwork with solid surface counters throughout, 19 integral solid surface sinks, vinyl tile flooring with a rubber base, VCT flooring, paint, and tile ceilings. The reception area specifically has a curved laminate desk and matching curved overhead drywall furdowns. Because the project was on a tight 10-week schedule and has extensive under slab plumbing, special coordination had to be taken.
