Nokia Siemens Networks

MAPP completed a multi-phased, occupied restack and laboratory project for Nokia Siemens Networks. Construction included four full floors of open offices, a lobby renovation, reception area, coffee bar, library area, and a cafeteria area run by Jason's Deli, along with four laboratories, a generator and chiller yard, and a new mechanical room. The mechanical room housed the electrical and HVAC systems needed to support the new laboratories. Each phase of the project ran ahead of schedule and with minimal inconvenience to the client and tenant. A strategic planning process allowed potential problems to be identified during preconstruction, leading to a seamless construction phase throughout. This project added to MAPP's long-standing relationship with Nokia Siemens Networks, for whom MAPP has now completed 13 projects.
