Ochsner Elmwood Orthopedic MRI Renovation

MAPP completed a two-floor renovation of the Ochsner Elmwood Campus, a project centered on relocating two (2) MRI machines to the 4th floor. Enabling the move required fortifying sections of the 3rd floor with steel bracing to accommodate the modified floor loads needed to support the equipment above. Beyond the structural work, the renovation delivered new clinic space, clinical offices, staff break areas, and patient waiting areas across both floors, giving Ochsner a refreshed, functional environment for staff and patients alike. MAPP worked extensively with AQ Studios throughout programming and preconstruction to help shape the project before construction began.
