Ochsner Health Center Build-Out

MAPP completed the second-floor interior build-out of shell space for Ochsner Health Center, transforming an open, unfinished floor into a fully functional clinical and administrative environment. The project called for a thoughtful blend of program types within a single build-out, balancing the needs of clinical staff, patients, and administrative teams under one roof. The scope included dedicated administrative training space to support staff development, along with dermatological offices and exam rooms designed to accommodate patient care with efficiency and comfort. Additional patient space rounded out the build-out, ensuring a smooth flow between clinical and non-clinical areas throughout the floor. The completed build-out gave Ochsner a modern, purpose-built space that supports both day-to-day patient care and the training and administrative functions that keep the health center running smoothly.
