Phillips 66 Coke Plant Terminal Administration Building and Wsarehouse

The Phillips 66 Coke Plant Terminal Warehouse, which includes a maintenance shop, has had approximately 3,000 sq ft converted into an administration office, conference room, training room, and men’s and women’s locker rooms. The building included the addition of a 2nd floor training room that was completely built out to include several office spaces. The first floor includes a break room area for site administration employees. The project included an internal and external fire stairwell, new LED lighting, accoustical drop ceilings, LVT flooring, new fire suppression system, electrical and HVAC service throughout the building.
