Plaquemines Parish Animal Center

MAPP is pleased to have partnered with Plaquemines Parish and the design team of Sizeler Thompson Brown to construct this 13,000 square foot animal shelter. This $3,866,000.00 project, which is expected to achieve LEED Silver Certification, utilizes a post-tensioned concrete slab, autoclaved aerated concrete panels & blocks, fluid-applied membrane roofing and a complete geothermal ground loop system. Also included in this project is an impressive finish package which consists of stainless steel gutters & downspouts, FRP Doors, Steel Operable Windows, Stained concrete floors and an extensive epoxy flooring and wall covering package.
