Skyfall Biologicals

The first phase of this project includes Skyfall’s Administration Building, inspired by A. Hays Town’s famous design elements. This two-story conventional steel and brick veneer building will be the main hub for Skyfall personnel and be the first stop for all visitors entering the plant. The grand lobby, with its vaulted ceilings and beautiful water feature, invite you directly to the front reception. Matching curved staircases lead to the second-floor offices, open to view from the lobby through floor-to-ceiling frameless glass walls. The first-floor break room opens to a spacious courtyard designed for entertaining clients, office events, and employee enjoyment.

The first phase of this project includes Skyfall’s Laboratory Building. This single-story pre-engineered metal building will house Skyfall’s chemical engineering personnel and allow product testing and research on-site for all the products Skyfall manufactures. This building will have three personnel offices and 2,700 square feet of laboratory workspace. The large curtainwall encased lobby, variable roof heights, and interior design elements give the laboratory building a modern and new-age look while keeping with the ultimate form and function of this building.

The Maintenance and Product Storage Warehouse comprises a single-story, 15,750 square foot pre-engineered metal structure. This warehouse was thoughtfully designed with 60 ft. timber piles and features locker rooms equipped with restroom and shower facilities to cater to the needs of site workers. Additionally, the Warehouse Building encompasses offices, one for the Maintenance Supervisor and another for the Warehouse Supervisor.

On the other hand, the Pilot Plant building, also a single-story structure, spans 11,700 square feet and is constructed as a pre-engineered metal building with 60 ft. timber piles. The Pilot Plant Building is set to house three process skid units and will incorporate all the essential Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing components required for the production of Skyfall Biologicals' patented chemical products.
