Skyfall Biologicals

The first phase of the Skyfall project includes several key buildings designed to support the company's operations. The Administration Building, inspired by A. Hays Town’s design elements, is a two-story steel and brick veneer structure serving as the main hub for personnel and visitors. It features a grand lobby with vaulted ceilings and a water feature, leading to the front reception, and matching curved staircases that provide access to the second-floor offices visible through floor-to-ceiling frameless glass walls. The first-floor break room opens to a courtyard designed for client entertainment, office events, and employee enjoyment.

Additionally, the project includes a Laboratory Building, a single-story pre-engineered metal structure that houses chemical engineering personnel and facilitates on-site product testing and research. This building boasts three offices and 2,700 square feet of laboratory space, with a modern design featuring a large curtainwall encased lobby and variable roof heights. The Maintenance and Product Storage Warehouse is a 15,750-square-foot pre-engineered metal structure, designed with 60 ft. timber piles, locker rooms with restroom and shower facilities, and offices for the Maintenance and Warehouse Supervisors. The Pilot Plant Building, spanning 11,700 square feet, is also a pre-engineered metal structure with 60 ft. timber piles. It accommodates three process skid units and essential Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing components for the production of Skyfall Biologicals' patented chemical products.
