MAPP delivered a phased renovation of University Medical Center's Cancer Treatment Center under ICRA Standard Type-D, Class V in occupied patient areas.
MAPP completed the renovation of University Medical Center's Cancer Treatment Center, located on the first floor of the Patient Tower. The renovation was delivered in four phases under ICRA Standard Type-D, Class V protocols, with work carried out in occupied patient areas, including spaces serving high-risk patients. The scope included converting existing office spaces into patient exam rooms and expanding Nursing Stations 114 and 124 to better support clinical staff and patient flow. The Transfusion Bay was also updated with upgraded headwalls, new room partitions, and custom millwork packages, enhancing both function and finish throughout the space. Completed while maintaining a fully operational hospital environment, the renovation gave University Medical Center a more modern, functional Cancer Treatment Center, supporting improved patient care and day-to-day operational efficiency for staff.
