UMC LCMC Cancer Center Renovation

The University Medical Center Cancer Treatment Center renovation encompasses approximately 9,000 square feet on the first floor of the Patient Tower. The project will be delivered in four phases under ICRA Standard Type-D, Class V, with work performed in occupied patient areas, including those serving high-risk patients. The renovation includes converting existing office spaces into patient exam rooms, expanding Nursing Stations 114 and 124, and updating the Transfusion Bay with upgraded headwalls, room partitions, and millwork packages. These improvements are designed to enhance both patient care and operational efficiency, creating a more modern, functional environment for staff and patients alike.
