Regions Bank

MAPP completed this 2,700 SF bank branch for Regions Bank in Tomball, TX. The project was constructed in 5 months despite the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic and finished on it’s originally scheduled completion date. The scope of work included slab on grade foundation, structural steel and metal framing, batt insulation, TPO Roof, Masonry | EIFS | Aluminum Composite Panel façade, glass storefronts, drywall partitions, plumbing, hvac and electrical. The site scope of work included the demo of an existing parking lot, over-excavation of the building pad, lime stabilization, 7” heavy duty concrete aprons, asphalt paving, concrete curbs | gutters | walks, site utilities, landscaping and irrigation, and site lighting. One item of note, this building met 40% over the required 2015 energy efficiency code.
