United Healthcare Group

MAPP completed a full gut and renovation of United Health Group's space in Metairie, Louisiana, located in Lakeway Three above the Marriott, directly adjacent to the twenty-four-mile-long Causeway Bridge on Lake Pontchartrain. The two-and-a-half-floor project stretched throughout the first half of 2021 and was faced with significant challenges, including COVID-19 shutdowns and delays, restraints on elevator and dumpster usage, and multiple plan modifications. Despite these obstacles, the project was marked by strong cooperation and accountability between MAPP, its subcontractors, the landlord, and the client. With the combined effort of each of these groups, UHG personnel were able to move into their new space safely and on schedule.
