Veolia Burnside Lab Expansion

The project consisted of the new construction of a chemical analysis laboratory, tied into two existing buildings. The project includes the selective demolition of two adjoining buildings, utilities and drainage systems, and providing all new utilities/services to the expansion. The lab expansion created approximately 1,585 square feet of lab space including new casework and lab equipment, upgrades to the MEP systems, hollow metal doors and frames, resinous flooring, plastic laminate countertops, modified (SBS) bituminous roofing system and masonry exterior skin. The project included a renovation to the existing onsite warehouse to convert spaces to office, training and meeting space.
