Vogel Alcove Child Development Center

This education center for homeless children will be completed in two phases. The first phase is the construction
of a new building on a zero lot line in an already tight space, mandating traffic control measures be taken.
A steel structure with a concrete tilt wall along with a curtain wall and stone facade are the main features of
the new space. It will accommodate classrooms, offices, a kitchen, a performance stage, and an outdoor playground.
Once Vogel Alcove can move into their new facility, demolition will begin on the existing structure to
allow space for a new parking lot to be laid.
