Westlake Chemical Sulphur Purchasing and Engineering Office

The Purchasing and Engineering Office project includes the complete renovation of a former Church Building into office, meeting and training space. The existing two story pre-engineered metal building will receive select interior demolition and build out, HVAC upgrades, upgrade to the existing electrical system, build out of new office and conference room space. The project includes site improvements inclusive of reconfigured parking and driveway access to the building.
