Williams Pipeline Control and Office Building

The Williams Pipeline Control and Office Building was designed as a single story 6,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building arranged to withstand 140 mph winds. The new Control and Office Building was designed on a pile-supported foundation with office and conference room spaces for the Paradis, Louisiana site team. The building was planned for full generator backup, enabling it to operate during any tropical storm or natural disaster.
