YCI Methanol
MAPP repurposed the former St. James High School into an administration building, maintenance and engineering warehouse and office facility for YCI Methanol. The project included the demolition and removal of 17 buildings and/or structures. The main high school building had selective demolition of existing classrooms to create new office and conference spaces. The project included finishes upgrades inclusive of new accoustical ceiling tile and grid, HVAC demo and replacement, electrical system demo and replacement, installation of new fire supression system and replacement of existing TPO Roofing system. The existing glass and glazing system was caulked and sealed.
